I am very happy with the customer service. A representative from the company kept me informed with updates all the way. The only downside is the weight of this doll. To be fair the weight is visible on the product graph but it is heavier than I expect. It’s still a great product and very realistic. I am glad I bought it. But I would encourage other buyers to be aware of the weight before choosing which doll you want.
